I went on the WeCultivate podcast with Michelle awhile back to talk about language, leadership, and navigating global spaces - especially as a woman of color. Probably my favorite bit of this entire conversation is the part when I shared my experience working in a global team where everybody speaks English -- only to realize that we're all speaking different English and what the cost of that was to our collaboration and to my own self-esteem.
